Gorgeous location! the area is super safe, calm, peaceful. The only issues I have noticed is one the of the bedrooms bathroom was clogged on day 3 so I had to use other bathroom. And towards day 8, the bathroom pipes from downstairs had an odor of ammonia. Other than those issues which I cannot blame management bc it mat have been issues newly recurring issues. It's been amaging. The pool was cleaned twice since my 2 week stay and we'll maintained. There are a couple of neighbor dogs that DO NOT belong to the property, if you are not familiarize Roatan is known to have animals roaming FREE. This home or any home has zero control over animals raoming free. I really have nothing but good things to say and the process was not tedious. I will say the use of electricity is extremely expensive which is why the deposit is high. For my 2 week stay I racked up a light bill of 375.00USD. In the island the use of air-conditioner is a luxury hence the high price. Pristine Bay area is a HIGH END.

Es una casa muy linda, acogedora y los anfitriones siempre pasaron muy pendientes de todas nuestras consultas. Recomiendo que puedan hospedarse en este casa con su familia. Un lugar muy discreto, privado y la vez cuenta con mucha seguridad. Pueden disfrutar de los atardeceres y amaneceres que se pueden vislumbrar en la isla. Mis hijos lo pasaron muy felices. Era algo que deseaba que disfrutaran, para que se pudieran desconectar un poco del diario vivir de la tierra continental de las clases en sus centros educativos. Por mi lado pude ver la felicidad de mi esposa y de mis hijos y pude también realizar algunas gestiones utilizando la red internet de esta forma avancé en mi trabajo. En conclusión en lugar es muy linda pueden ir al club y disfrutar de la cancha de tenis, la playa y la piscina. Y si desean solo estar en la casa es genial ya que tiene su propia piscina a lo interno. El personal de brinda mantenimiento da instrucciones claras de uso de la piscina. Muy agradable todo.

The place is great the access road is very treacherous especially at night and it is very secluded far away from any convenience store or super market. The AC was not working well and they were unable to fix it during the entire stay.

Disappointed with pets going in the pool! Wasn’t once in a 5 days stay! It occurred 3 times after notifying!! Need to have a better control of that ! Otherwise a nice property!
